Returns Policy

Following a large number of other small made to order brands we have updated our returns policy to sit in line with our brand values of creating staple pieces that can be worn again and again rather than creating pieces that are impulse bought and then returned.

We believe in slow fashion. Thinking sustainably about your wardrobe updates and purchasing pieces that you will truly LOVE that make you feel GREAT.

At Tallulahs Threads every item is now hand cut to order which means we can't offer returns for refunds.

We can however offer returns for an exchange or a store credit.

We understand it can sometimes be difficult buying online when it comes to sizing so we are always happy to help, if you would like any information on a product that you can't find on the product page or sizing guide please drop us an email.

We are hoping to host an open afternoon at our sewing studio every few months in Worthing for anyone local wishing to try on garments for sizing so please look out on our socials for any updates on this.

Returning your item for exchange or store credit

Please notify us before sending any returns so that we can efficiently set up your exchange ready for when the return is received.

Any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk. So please use recorded delivery.
