Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery to be eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, in perfect condition with the original swing tags still attached. Items that do not meet this criteria, the time limit, or are non-returnable, will be denied.

We cannot offer refunds for problems relating to wash care, as naturally there is no proof that garments have been washed according to care instructions. We also do not offer refunds relating to natural shrinkage of garments during washing.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO RETURN

Please notify us that you wish to return an item so we can ensure you have the correct return information as we have recently moved studios.

Please enclose your name and order number inside the returns package and send with your item to: Tallulah’s Threads, Unit 10 & 11 Oaklands Business Centre, 66-68 Elm Grove, Worthing, BN11 5LH.

Once your return has been received then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal or original method of payment, within 14 business days (mon-fri) of receiving the returned item. 

EXCHANGES

We can only exchange items of the same price. If you need to exchange for a different item, you will need to pay the difference.

 

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Tallulah’s Threads, Units 10 & 11 Oaklands Business Centre, 66-68 Elm Grove, Worthing, BN11 5LH. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please ship your return via a tracked method and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
